12-Cup Replacement carafe for Coffee Maker-CM1705BATE, Glass

I received the new pot and the plastic piece on the top was broken. This is the exact same thing that happened to the original. Then it took 10 plus emails back and forth before they finally agreed to send me another one and I still haven’t received that one.

Took a while to get here, but very pleased that it fits well

The carafe came in an unwrapped box. The shipper must have placed items on top of the box and the top of the carafe was broken. I sent pictures to Airmsen a week ago and I’m still waiting for them to decide if they will replace it or not. Not the kind of company I want to deal with in the future.

I ordered and paid for two replacement crafts for my coffee pot. I have received three all have been broken and now no one is getting back to me.
