Technical Details
I loved this for3 months then i kept getting an Error. I emailed back and forth with Airmsen customer service who told me that they will stand by their product! After 2 weeks they tell me it must be the circuit board. They sent me a new one. I am not a repairman but tried to replace the part as best as I could. Now, it doesn't even turn on. Despite their promise, now they want me to video me insetting the circuit board panel again to check that i did it correctly. It has been a month and I told them no, because i am not a repairman.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT UNLESS YOU ARE A DISHWASHER REPAIRMAN OR YOU WANT TO BE
I liked this machine for what it did flawlessly, for about 4 months since purchase.
Then error codes turned up and became predominant, particularly the "E6" - malfunctioning heating. It pumps the water out when it occurs, so absolutely useless with that.
Quality control needs to have an urgent look at their electronics.
This dishwasher is great
After 4 years it still runs like new. Honestly, even so if this broke tomorrow I'd by another one. Be careful for the size of plate you have as it can interfere with the top jet if they're too large.
I gotten this off FaceBook Market Place from a lovely local, I seen this on Amazon with great reviews, but little money, so I gotten one for cheap locally and I'm soo in love with it!! now my sink is free'd up and nobody has to see as much mess, and I can still use it at night if I need extra dishes for on the go and I can also store them better/easier!
