Cold Press Juicer Machine with Big Wide 82mm Chute, BPA-Free

I bought this Airmsen cold press juicer 5 months ago, the strainer is plastic and it cracked as I was juicing my fruits. I contacted Airmsen to replace the strainer and asked if I could purchase an extra strainer. The customer service person went back and forth with me about replacing it. He told me it would receive it in between Wednesday and Friday the following week. The days came and went with no strainer replacement. I reached out again and the sent me a tracking number. I looked the tracking number up (because I work for a major Carrier company) to see if it had been shipped. They created a label but nothing has been shipped. And NOW they are saying they are waiting for it to come back in stock. That does not help me. I have a machine with a warranty that I cannot use. I asked for a refund and I can send them back their useless machine. I’m waiting to hear back from them. I have all of our back and forth communications in emails; I wanted to have proof of all the exchanges, excuses, and run around.

très peut de reste dans la vis de pressage, le filtre laisse passer beaucoup de pulpes mais une petite passette et le tour et jouer, passe au lave vaisselle ce qui n'est pas négligeable
Extracteur de jus très facile d' utilisation. L’ensemble des éléments se montent et se démontent en toute simplicité.
Du coup tout y est passé, orange, pamplemousse, concombre, carottes, pomme verte, etc. Rien ne l’arrête, il extrait tout ce qu’on lui présent comme fruit et légumes.
Son nettoyage après utilisation est simple et facile, bref je lui trouve que des qualités et c’est pour cela qu’il a complètement sa place dans ma cuisine car il me sert plusieurs fois par semaine.
La qualité est bien là, c’est pour cela que je trouve son prix justifié et que je le recommande sans problème.
