Sadly, the grinder on our coffee maker did not work. I contacted Customer Service and within a day, I had a response. After responding to a few questions, rather than replace the grinder because of the length of time it would get to me, they decided to replace the coffee maker. Service went above and beyond what I expected, communications was very friendly and helpful, and for the first time ever, they wished me a happy life. I will not hesitate to do business with this company again. To purchase a product that did not work as expected and come away pleased rather than frustrated is a great achievement.
