Within a week of getting this machine last year, I encountered a water droplet symbol error. There are videos suggesting you open the water intake area and tap the buoy a few times. That will only appear to work but it’s not a fix. I contacted the manufacturer Airmsen and they sent me a pump with a video link on how to remove the old pump and replace. It was also a good way to learn about my wonderful helper. The shape of this dishwasher is such that it seats on the bottom part of a tall shelf in my kitchen and empties into a little bowl. I use it by filling the tank with the jug and the water saving aspect cannot be praised enough. This tank feature was why I bought it as it means I am able to use it without my building mgmt making any claims about pumping issues, etc: this dishwasher works independent of the pumping system. A wonderful, versatile helper that helps my health by keeping the dishes clean and hygienic while saving water. Rather than the Canadian propensity to thoughtlessly waste water, every home in Canada should be mandated to use this instead.

I like the multiple spray arms and I like the clean design. I like that the dishes can also be dried. My top spray arms for the utensils stopped spinning pretty soon after I bought it so sometimes three forks have to be cleaned again in another cycle. The dishwasher is still very useable and has been a great help in our household.

We needed a countertop dishwasher in our small <1,000sqft space and this was a great purchase. No issues, easy set up - the dishwasher salt bin is helpful since we have well water. We've used it without the faucet for now and had no issues. It has been a great time saver!

This machine changed my life. Highly recommend. The company also has excellent customer service.
