1. Shipping is free

Shipping is free on all orders, to every destination we serve. There is no minimum order value, no handling fee and no surcharge for remote addresses. The price you pay at checkout is the total amount you owe us.

2. Handling time

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday are processed on the following Monday. Peak sale periods may take a little longer; we will email you if your order is delayed.

3. Delivery times

Delivery times count from dispatch, not from the day you order. Please add the handling time above.

United States: 3-5 business days
Canada: 3-5 business days
European Union, for example Germany and France: 3-5 business days
Remote addresses: 5-7 business days
Accessories and small items: 3-15 business days

Accessories and spare parts are dispatched from our factory and travel separately from warehouse stock, so they may arrive in a different parcel on a different day. If you order an appliance with accessories, allow up to 15 business days for the complete order.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance, severe weather and carrier disruption may extend delivery.

4. Carriers and tracking

We choose the carrier best suited to your destination and to the size and weight of your parcel; it is shown in your shipping notification email. You can check the current status on our Track Your Order page at https://www.airmsen.com/pages/track-your-order. Tracking information usually appears within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch.

5. Import duties and taxes

We cover import duties and taxes on your order. You will not be asked to pay any additional import duty, VAT or customs clearance fee when your parcel arrives. If a carrier nevertheless asks you for a customs-related payment, contact us at store.vip@airmsen.com before paying and we will take it up with the carrier. Customs clearance is outside our control and is not included in the delivery times above.

If you refuse to accept the parcel, or refuse to complete customs formalities, and it is returned to us or destroyed, we will deduct the return shipping cost and any other charges we incur from your refund.

6. Out-of-stock items

An item may occasionally be out of stock and cancelled from your order. We will email you and will not charge you for cancelled items. The rest of your order still ships.

7. Changing your delivery address

Before dispatch, contact us with your new address and we will update it. After dispatch we cannot change the shipment, but you may be able to redirect it with the carrier using your tracking number.

8. Serious delays and lost parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed, or if tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.

9. Received the wrong product

If you received a product different from the one you ordered, contact us at store.vip@airmsen.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a refund and cover the return shipping cost.
