Warranty Policy

The conditions below describe the prerequisites and scope of our warranty.

Outside of this geographical area, the warranty will become void. Appliances used in other countries must meet appropriate technical and environmental requirements.

Warranty Coverage

• Defects caused by manufacturing or material faults will be repaired within 12 months, or 24 months for registered products.
• Service may not be available in remote areas; alternative solutions may be offered.
• Repair or replacement will be determined at our discretion.
• Replaced parts become our property.
• Portable appliances may require shipment to our service center.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Replacement products may include a usage-based adjustment.
• Replacement units may differ from existing household appliances.
• Warranty service does not extend the warranty period.
• Spare parts are covered within the original warranty duration.

Special Conditions

Boat Installations:

• If powered from land electricity, warranty applies.
• If powered by onboard generators, warranty does not apply.

Exclusions

• Fragile or consumable items (e.g., glass, bulbs)
• Minor deviations not affecting functionality
• Damage caused by environmental factors or improper use
• Transport damage not under our responsibility
• Improper installation, misuse, or commercial usage

Warranty Void Conditions

• Unauthorized repairs or non-original parts
• Abuse toward staff

Additional Information

We offer paid repairs outside the warranty period. Terms may be updated without affecting the quality of warranty service.
