AIRMSEN CM1705BATE Ersatz-Karaffe, Kaffeemaschine, 12 Tassen, Glas

Hi there,

Thank you for the honest feedback — and we're genuinely sorry the carafe didn't fit. A replacement that's "too tall" almost always points to a sizing mismatch, and if the wrong size reached you, that's on us. That's not the experience we want you to have.

We'd love to make it right. Please get in touch with our customer service team through the contact form on our website with your order number and a quick photo of the carafe next to your coffee maker. Once we confirm your exact model, we'll send you the correct-sized replacement at no cost and get it to you quickly.

We appreciate you taking the time to tell us — it helps us catch these mix-ups and do better. Hope to have the right part in your hands soon.

Best regards,
Airmsen Customer Service
